• I am a seasoned software engineering leader with 17+ years of professional experience, including 16 years in the United States, delivering high-impact backend and platform solutions for global enterprises. I specialize in Java and JVM-based architectures, modern microservices, distributed systems, and cloud-native platforms. Over the years, I’ve led cross-functional teams to design, build, and operate robust, scalable systems that drive business value and customer satisfaction.

• My career sits at the intersection of AI/ML engineering, cloud architecture, and high-performing team leadership. I’ve led engineering organizations delivering systems that serve millions of users, designed mission-critical microservice ecosystems, and built next-generation AI platforms that power personalization, semantic search, automated insights, and document intelligence.

• At Hyatt, I led backend & AI engineering for the global digital platform supporting 1,200+ hotels, designing event-driven systems, RAG-based personalization engines, and high-availability microservices on AWS. At Ascension Health, I built enterprise-scale knowledge retrieval systems using LLMs, semantic embeddings, and MLOps frameworks. At Equifax, I engineered the modernization of national compliance platforms, including Oracle → GCP Spanner migrations and ML-powered document verification.
