Engineering Leader | AI & Cloud Platforms 

• I am an Engineering Leader with 17+ years of global experience building large-scale, cloud-native, and AI-driven platforms for Fortune 500 enterprises across the United States. After spending nearly two decades in the US shaping digital transformation at organizations such as Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Ascension Health, and Equifax, I have relocated back to Hyderabad to contribute to India’s rapidly growing Global Capability Centre (GCC) ecosystem.

• My career sits at the intersection of AI/ML engineering, cloud architecture, and high-performing team leadership. I’ve led engineering organizations delivering systems that serve millions of users, designed mission-critical microservices ecosystems, and built next-generation AI platforms that power personalization, semantic search, automated insights, and document intelligence.

• At Hyatt, I led backend & AI engineering for the global digital platform supporting 1,200+ hotels, designing event-driven systems, RAG-based personalization engines, and high-availability microservices on AWS. At Ascension Health, I built enterprise-scale knowledge retrieval systems using LLMs, semantic embeddings, and MLOps frameworks. At Equifax, I engineered the modernization of national compliance platforms, including Oracle → GCP Spanner migrations and ML-powered document verification.

• Beyond technical depth, I am passionate about building engineering cultures that emphasize clarity, ownership, platform thinking, and AI-first problem solving. I’ve scaled and mentored teams across US, Europe, and India—driving predictable delivery, architectural rigor, and modern engineering best practices.

• Today, I bring this global experience back home to Hyderabad, aiming to help GCCs accelerate their transformation across AI platforms, cloud-native modernization, enterprise data ecosystems, and agentic automation.

• I am actively exploring leadership opportunities starting from Engineering Manager, Senior EM, Director of Engineering, Head of Engineering, and similar roles within high-growth GCC organizations.
